On 25-27 November 2024, Training Vision Agency in Cork, Ireland, organised a three-day training programme focusing on the development of meta-entrepreneurial skills for young women. The training brought together nine youth workers and entrepreneurship educators from Poland, Spain and Ireland.

The training focused on the innovative FEM-SKILLS methodology, which encompasses the three fundamental pillars of entrepreneurial development: Self-Control, Inspiration and Action. This comprehensive approach aimed to equip educators with practical tools and methods to support entrepreneurial competences among young women, in line with the EntreComp European Competence Framework.
