On March 24, 2025, a remote closing meeting of the “FEM-SKILLS – supporting young female entrepreneurs” project took place. Seven representatives from partner organizations from Poland, Ireland, and Spain participated in the one-day online session.
During the meeting, the final report was discussed, project evaluation findings were analyzed, and a dissemination strategy for the results was developed. Partners also discussed possibilities for continuing cooperation after the formal completion of the project.
Participants confirmed the achievement of all established objectives, including raising awareness about gender inequalities in the entrepreneurship sector, strengthening the potential of partner organizations, and developing international networking cooperation supporting women’s entrepreneurship.
Special attention was paid to the FEM-SKILLS Competency Model, which constitutes the key intellectual output of the project. The possibilities of its use in various national contexts and the potential for further development based on user feedback were discussed.
The added value of the project is primarily the improvement of communication skills of project teams, knowledge transfer in the field of international project management, and the creation of an ecosystem supporting young female entrepreneurs.
We thank all partners for their commitment and fruitful cooperation!
